Role: Supply Chain Project Manager
Location: Wickenburg, Arizona (Onsite)
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory trends and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory while maintaining service levels.
- Develop and execute supplier development strategies to improve performance, cost, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product engineering to identify and implement material cost reduction initiatives.
- Translate raw data into actionable business insights and present findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with procurement, operations, and planning teams to drive supply chain improvements.
- Engage with suppliers to strengthen relationships, improve lead times, and negotiate better terms.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as required, including direct procurement activities as part of the local sourcing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Operations.
- 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, supply chain, procurement, or supplier development.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence development.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
