Title: Utility Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Utilities Engineer with expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction management support within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors for design, engineering, and project execution.
Oversee HVAC system design for industrial and cleanroom environments (including GMP compliance).
Develop HVAC layouts, P&IDs, GA drawings, and ensure system integration with BMS and fire safety.
Support mechanical & piping design, including layouts, isometrics, and procurement.
Provide on-site support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASHRAE, USFDA, EU GMP, etc.).
Liaise with vendors, review proposals, and manage equipment selection and testing.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience in HVAC systems design for industrial applications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, psychometrics, and heat transfer.
Familiarity with cleanroom design and pharmaceutical HVAC validation.
Strong problem-solving and regulatory compliance skills.
Experience working with stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.
