We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI / UX Designer with over 10 years of experience to lead the design and user experience strategy for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative UI / UX solutions, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute end-to-end UI / UX design processes, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain a scalable design system.
- Stay updated with UI / UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance user experiences.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
