What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laserfiche BA/Developer position at Intellibee?
Works related to the Enterprise Data Modernization Initiative evaluating business and program application systems’ functionality identifying gaps to improve business operations through implementation and management of Laserfiche and Smartsheet.
- Work cohesively in a team environment with multiple solutions being developed at the same time.
- facilitates meetings for the purpose of gathering business requirements or related activities regarding current and future projects and support multiple projects in a manner that promotes efficiency and transparency.
- documents business requirements, which may include, but is not limited to, process and data flows, data integration documentation/diagrams, business rules and technical specifications develops test plans.
- Provide business analyst capacity and recommendations to senior staff and program managers regarding processes efficiency.
- Perform administration tasks in business native platforms
- Aid in providing context and telling stories with data
- Prepare report and dashboards that communicate trends, patterns predictions
- develops and maintain business workflows and processes using Smartsheet and Laserfiche
- develops and maintain project status reports
- develops test plans, test scenario
- develops user acceptance testing and provide oversight of various vendors' functions and responsibilities
- Liaison and coordinate with various IT stakeholders
- triage, resolve and respond to employing unit technical and workflow questions/issues documents defects and developing remediation plans
- Promote Smartsheet and Laserfiche adoption for DEQ including other applications.

- Strong skill in developing forms and other workflows in Laserfiche Required 2 Years
