Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.
We are seeking a Java Architect with hands-on experience in Co-Pilot and other AI-driven development platforms. In this role, you will design and implement scalable Java-based solutions while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
We are looking for Engineers who can
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of Java-based enterprise applications.
- Integrate AI development tools like GitHub Co-Pilot, TabNine, and other AI-assisted platforms into workflows to enhance code quality and speed.
- Assess customer business and technical requirements, define scope and provide estimates for solutions across numerous verticals and industries.
- Validate proposed project scoping with internal stakeholders including project managers, technical leads, designers, strategists and project teams.
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions to a varied audience including business and technology stakeholders from the conceptual to the physical perspectives.
- Ability to recognize and balance functional and nonfunctional requirements to ensure the optimal solution for the end customer.
- Evaluate and recommend Tools, Technologies, and Processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
- Proven hands-on experience with the architecture, design, development, deployment and support of software projects using Java, AWS.
- Solid understanding and experience with AWS cloud platforms including automated provisioning and management of services.
- Solid understanding and experience with containers and a container orchestration platform, preferably Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding and experience with ORM specifications - Spring Data, JPA, Hibernate.
- Absorb and incorporate new technologies / frameworks quickly.
- Collaborate with peer organisations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions.
- Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.
- Team first mentality.
- Adaptability to changing project and technology requirements while being hands-on with project teams.
