We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Delivery Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs and teams, driving innovation, and delivering impactful business outcomes. You will be instrumental in guiding our technology teams and ensuring the successful execution of high-stakes projects that align with our organizational goals.

We are looking for a leader who can :

• Lead and mentor cross-functional global technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align technology initiatives with business goals. Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all technical teams.
• Leverage a deep technical background to engage with technologists across various stacks, ensuring the successful design and implementation of complex technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and technology stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and drive alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during large-scale technology implementations. Effectively manage risks and dependencies to ensure project success.
