Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an Assembly Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling components and subcomponents, ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to health and safety requirements and procedures.
Assemble parts and assemblies to complete finished product within the allotted timeframe. Adhere to standardized work instructions and quality requirements.
Adhere to quality and production standards.
Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i.e. continuous improvements.
Report production issues and assist in resolution as required.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or department manager.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Experience with assembly operations, preferred but not required
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to meet production quotas and quality standards
