Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerks

Pay: $16.00

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking for Shipping and Receiving Clerks to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving inbound/outbound conveyances within the MGO system recording, finalizing, and ensuring inventory integrity of material within the four walls of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Review all incoming documentation covering supplier shipments to the company
Review all outbound documentation covering shipments to GM
Set up transportation as directed by GM utilizing the Active Aero web portal
Print and issue daily picks to the floor for outbound shipments
Send and Receive ASN’s as required utilizing GM’s MGO system
Enter all receipts for parts and supply items in ERP
Execute daily dock schedule and update all inbound and outbound information as required
Contact trucking companies obtain verification and confirm that shipping information is correct as required
Coordinate dock position with the floor supervisor for all inbound and outbound loads
Communicate with and direct all inbound and outbound transportation traffic
Ensure all inbound/outbound drivers follow “Dock Safety Protocol”
Maintain receiving and shipping files, Participate in annual physical inventory
Print Receiving labels and distribute to the floor Supervisor
Print, scan and file all inbound “Supply” item paperwork
Submit inbound discrepancy reports to the MFC when applicable
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong communications skills and ability to work as a team player
Ability to recognize potential problems, analyzes the problem and provide a solution
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Computer literate
