The Enterprise Account Executive helps drive Intelligent Demand’s (ID’s) growth through business development, client acquisition, consultative selling, expert growth and marketing consulting, and solution design. This role demands a self-motivated professional who is not only adept at creating, qualifying and winning new business opportunities but also committed to continuously learning about industry trends, challenges, best practices, solutions and services. The ideal candidate will possess very strong communication, consulting, and sales skills, allowing them to build meaningful connections with ID’s prospects, clients and partners to create win-win solutions that grow both clients’ and ID’s revenue.


Core Responsibilities

  • Own the sales lifecycle for your prospects from prospecting to closing.
  • Actively engage in networking with ICP-fit accounts and buying committees to build and maintain trusted relationships with new logo client prospects, partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Possess, acquire, and grow knowledge about marketing, go-to-market (GTM), and modern revenue growth. Understand the trends in ID’s market and the processes, workflows, strategies, and tactics ID uses to sell to and serve that market.
  • Participate in ID’s marketing efforts to generate new business opportunities, including producing thought leadership on LinkedIn, attending/presenting at events, and related activities.
  • Understand clients' marketing challenges and needs, and provide customized consulting solution proposals to address them that leverage modern marketing, GTM, and revenue growth strategies, tactics, and approaches.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospects.
  • Effectively manage the translation of proposals to scopes of work (SOWs), negotiate terms, manage complex enterprise procurement processes, and secure new closed contracts from new logo clients


Capabilities You Will Bring

  • Proven track record in quota-bearing sales role within a marketing agency setting where you were responsible for acquiring new logos. B2B digital marketing specifically is highly preferred.
  • Executive presence and ability to lead complex conversations and negotiations with C-Suite revenue leaders at enterprise B2B companies.
  • Experience self-leading an outbound prospecting motion to build and qualify your own pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and industry trends, with direct marketing leadership experience in B2B enterprise environments strongly preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to client challenges, with experience in professional consulting roles or organizations strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.


This role will be a hybrid position with some in-person requirements. The first preference would be for candidates to be located in or near Philadelphia. The second choice would be located in or near Denver. This role will report to the Senior Director of Growth Consulting.


This position will have a target base salary range of $100,00 - 110,000 and a commission structure based on sales of new business.
