Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative or receptionist role is recommended
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Preferred computer use, particularly with Google Drive, Excel, and quickbooks applications.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
