Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts for service, testing, and monitoring of the following systems:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Fire Sprinkler and Suppression Systems
- Special Detection Systems
- Emergency Lights
- Fire Doors
- Fire Extinguishers
- Fire Escapes
- Elevators
- Central Station Monitoring Systems and others
- Generate and find new business
- Develop and create new sales proposals
- Assist with creation of sales strategies
- Educate prospective clients via email, phone, and in person
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Based on customer’s feedback recommend new technical services and modifications
- Prepare accurate and thorough sales activity reports, forecast reports and expense tracking
- Be aware of fire market business and product trends
- Responsible for finding and selling to end users and the retention and growth of their service business
- Responsible for managing the entire sales process including uncovering the opportunity developing a service solutions/value proposition, conducting a goal to service alignment workshop. Prepare the proposal, create a sales contract, negotiate the terms, closing opportunities and providing on going customer service selling and upgrades and add-on opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in new business development skills, which includes cold calling, prospecting and strong follow up skills.
- Proven successful track record in selling fire protection system service
- Deep understanding of the fire protection system service market.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- NICET preferred
- 3 years proven sales experience in the fire protection industry
- Experience working with Contractors, End Users and Property Managers
- Prospecting Skills
- Closing Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Highly Motivated
