- Become a proficient SMT Operator, learning industry-standard equipment, tools, and procedures.
- Setting up SMT jobs, handling SMT line equipment, and ensuring accuracy through visual aids.
- Perfect machine operation skills, implementing quality control for impeccable parts placement.
- Sustain a top-tier workstation environment—clean, organized, and efficient.
- Quality is key; your accuracy and keen eye for detail will drive our standards.
Your Expertise
- Familiar with the IPC-A-610 standard.
- Clear understanding and identification of Surface Mount Transport components.
- Experience with production guidelines in an electronics setting.
- Follow structured guidance—instinctive decision-making isn't essential.
Learning Path
- High School diploma or GED mandatory.
- 0-2 years in comparable industries, with advancement potential for fast learners.
Physical Dynamics
- Spend many hours standing, with the flexibility for some seated tasks.
