Your Role
As an entry-level SMT Technician, you are about to unlock the mysteries of surface mount technology. Comprehensive training awaits for 2nd and 3rd shifts, where mastering SMT equipment is just the beginning. You'll learn to skillfully navigate machine operations and thrive in executing pivotal tasks. Setting up processes and ensuring seamless operations becomes second nature.
- Master the art of identifying various surface mount components
- Effortlessly load feeders during the off-line setup
- Skillfully set up and operate SMT line equipment, following laid-out procedures
- Become adept at reading and interpreting visual aids and diagrams
- Calibrate and adjust machine settings with precision
- Apply quality practices to authenticate assembly manufacture
- Diligently inspect components for assurance of machine accuracy

Academic and Practical Prerequisites
- Completion of High School or GED equivalent
- Foundational training or 0-2 years in a related field

- Able to lift 25 pounds when required
- Possesses manual dexterity for equipment management and evaluation
