Job Title: AREA COACH (5-7 UNITS)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Location: On-site – 520 S Park St, Madison, WI 53715, United States
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 40 – 50 Hours Per Week

Job Description:

Join our team as an Area Coach, overseeing 5-7 restaurant units while driving operational excellence, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for experienced General Managers looking to take the next step in multi-unit restaurant management. Candidates will undergo 6 months to 1 year of training as a General Manager, receiving full Area Coach compensation during this transition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational efficiency and performance.
• Train, mentor, and develop General Managers to uphold company standards and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations across all units.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, labor costs, and inventory management for all assigned locations.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence and team engagement.
• Implement best practices in staffing, training, and restaurant management.
• Foster a strong, people-first work culture that encourages teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure consistent standards across locations.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant experience as a General Manager.
• Prior experience in multi-unit restaurant management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of full-service dining and restaurant operations.
• Proven track record of driving performance, profitability, and team development.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is a plus.

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
