Job Description:
Intelliknow is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Warsaw, IN. If you have a strong background in the full dine-in industry and restaurant management, this role is for you! We are seeking a leader who can oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining high operational standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Train, mentor, and oversee restaurant staff to maintain a high-performance team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory, manage supply orders, and control costs.
- Implement and maintain company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and sales.
- Manage multiple restaurant units, ensuring consistency across locations.
- Conduct interviews and hiring processes for new employees.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the full dine-in industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Experience managing multiple restaurant locations is highly preferred.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
