We are a locally owned Internet Service Provider located in Payson, UT. We've been in business for over 12 years our customer service team is growing quickly. We are expanding into new markets and need to grow our customer care team.
This job is not seasonal and hours will be reliable from week to week. We are currently looking to fill evening and weekend shifts with the possibility of day shifts in the future. Intellipop offers scheduled, biannual reviews and raises with a clear path forward to reward longevity with the company.
We will be hiring qualified candidates as we grow and will train agents one on one. Pay rate is determined by experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience or knowledge of technical support and/or networking but we are willing to invest in candidates without experience who share our philosophy of amazing customer service.

After your paid training you will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of company policy and procedure, as well as the technology associated with our service. Qualified candidate may work hours not directly supervised and should be comfortable working in this kind of environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties
- Inbound calls providing technical and customer support
- Responding to customer texts and emails
- Outbound calls to customers for follow up on issues and warm customer leads
- Scheduling service calls
- Customer Billing
- Configuring customer equipment as needed
- Other office tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous Customer Service/Technical support experience will be given priority
- Ability to read/write and communicate well
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proven Organizational Skills- including The ability to multitask on multiple team projects
- Ability to consistently provide outstanding customer experiences and help build loyalty in customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
