Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Fiber Internet

Compensation: $45,000 Base with Uncapped Commission Potential ($75,000 for High Performers)

The Opportunity:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for signing up new customers for our high-speed fiber internet service. This is a commission-driven role with significant earning potential for top performers. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while ensuring you meet the minimum sales requirements to maintain employment.
Compensation Structure:
- Guaranteed $45,000 annual base pay if minimum sales goals are met.
- Uncapped commission structure, with high performers earning $75,000 per year.
- First 3 months of base pay are guaranteed (as long as hours and non-sales goals are met)
- After the initial 3 months, the position transitions to commission-only, with the ability to continue earning at least $45,000 annually by maintaining minimum sales.
- No cap on commissions – the more you sell, the more you earn. Higher sales tiers pay out at higher rates.
- Potential for future travel to high-demand markets outside of Utah with even higher commission opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Go door to door in assigned areas to educate potential customers on our fiber internet services.
- Sign up new customers and help them choose the best plans and options for their needs.
- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
- Track sales performance and meet or exceed minimum sales goals.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
