Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day problem resolution, business support, small enhancement work and project development work for SAP HR functionalities.
- Possible modules include Payroll, Time, OM/PA, Compensation, Training, etc.
- Provide system break fixes and system consultancy to HR users according to priorities set or work assigned by the team lead.
- Develop functional specifications for custom ABAPS (reports, enhancements or interfaces) and configure the system software including testing.
- Responsibilities also include SAP Web application.
- Proven experience with payroll tax processes, including multi-state payroll tax calculations.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Payroll functionalities.
- Ability to assist with payroll transformation efforts, including performing parallel testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for payroll-related tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide effective support.
