Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 a year
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a General Contractor License to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role will involve coordinating all aspects of construction, including ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a valid Georgia general contractor license, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Coordination:
oDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the team.
oCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
oObtain all necessary permits and licenses, ensuring the project complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
oDevelop risk management plans to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
2.Team Management:
oManage and supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
oConduct regular site visits and meetings to assess project progress, resolve any issues, and ensure timelines are met.
oProvide guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
3.Budget and Cost Management:
oWork within project budgets, ensuring the project is delivered within financial constraints.
oTrack expenses and approve invoices, managing changes and addressing cost overruns as necessary.
oNegotiate contracts and purchase agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
4.Quality Control and Compliance:
oEnsure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
oInspect and review the work performed to ensure it meets quality American standards.
oResolve any quality or compliance issues that arise during the construction
