Job Title: Robotic Operator
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Type: Contract
Pay Range: $19 per hour on W2

Job Description:

As a Robotic Control Operator, you will play a hands-on role in advancing our robotic systems. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating robotic control arms to perform tasks such as folding clothes, moving items, and arranging objects.
• Providing detailed feedback on user experience, operational processes, and task instructions to improve product usability.
• Opportunities to contribute to programming, design, and business operations.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues, blockers, and suggestions during task operations.
• Must be available for onsite work at our Santa Clara, CA office (near California’s Great America).
• Ability to work 4-hour or 8-hour shifts onsite per day (minimum of 20 hours per week).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in product development and business acumen in the robotics industry.
• Passion for innovation and willingness to contribute to shaping the future of robotics.
• Patience for repetitive robot control tasks.
