Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Medtronic's quality and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and regulatory teams to drive results.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work onsite at the Mounds View, MN location.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance standards related to medical devices.
