  • Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in clear business language.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and automation within Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, Service Cloud, Lightning components, and Apex.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing a product backlog.
  • Hands-on experience with data integrations, APIs, and third-party systems within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and relevant third-party applications.
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management and project tracking software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are a plus.
  • Experience with sales process automation, lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and application development best practices.
