Senior Electrical Engineer – Advanced Semiconductor Packaging & Integration
Location: Hillsboro, Chandler, Folsom, Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advanced semiconductor electronics and ASIC development
- Optimize mixed-signal designs for high performance
- Implement chiplet integration techniques
- Ensure signal and power integrity, PCB design excellence
- Work with HBM, LPDDR, and high-speed chiplet I/O
Requirements:
- M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering (Ph.D. preferred)
- Strong experience in semiconductor processing and packaging
- Expertise in signal integrity, power integrity, and chip layout automation
- Published works or patents in semiconductor technology (a plus)
