Staff Recruiter

IntelliSource is excited to hire a Staff Recruiter for our partner's talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, driving recruiting strategy and execution across multiple functions. You will lead key initiatives, scale critical teams, and help shape the future of client’s talent acquisition function. This is a 3-month contract position.

What you will be doing as a Staff Recruiter:

• Develop and lead scalable recruiting strategies to meet ambitious hiring goals.
• Lead sourcing strategies for executive-level and hard-to-fill roles.
• Design and optimize interview processes to ensure consistency and strong candidate experience.
• Evaluate complex candidate profiles for capability and alignment with client’s mission and values.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from engagement through offer acceptance.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leadership to align recruiting efforts with company priorities.
• Flex into critical or time-sensitive searches as needed.

 What will you bring to the Staff Recruiter position?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring across a variety of technical and business functions, including senior-level roles.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and executive recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results across multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable using data to guide decisions and report on progress.
• A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place!
• Other duties as assigned or as needed.
• Open to working a 3 month contract position.
