IntelliSource needs to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist who has experience processing high-volume invoices and works diligently. The candidate must be good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. This is a long-term temporary position with the possibility of getting hired.
Pay ranges between $25 and $28 an hour.
Responsibilities:
- Process check requests and expense reports regularly.
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies.
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
- Audit and process credit card bills.
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma. Associate degree in accounting preferred.
- 2-3 years experience with accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytic abilities.
