Job Description IntelliSource needs to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist who has experience processing high-volume invoices and works diligently.
The candidate must be good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information.
This is a long-term temporary position with the possibility of getting hired. Pay ranges between $25 and $28 an hour. Responsibilities :
- Process check requests and expense reports regularly.
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies.
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
- Audit and process credit card bills.
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries. What You'll Bring :
- High school diploma.
Associate degree in accounting preferred.
