Job Description IntelliSource is partnering with a dynamic organization in South Reno. We need to hire a Quality Control person to inspect parts and units to ensure the production process meets standards. You will be a vital part of the team, maintaining high-quality processes and procedures to ensure optimal manufacturing. This long-term temporary position is from Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., paying $18.00 an hour. What You'll Do :
- Examine materials for defects and non-conformities.
- Keep records of inspections, quality records, and other QC documents.
- Maintain quality performance metrics.
- Assist in the identification and resolution of manufacturing quality issues. What You'll Bring :
- Hands-on experience with tools and a QC background.
- Ability to lift and / or move 50lbs unassisted and up to 100lbs with assistance.
- Physical work, including walking, crouching, bending, pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, and reaching above shoulders.
- Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods.
- PPE requirements include safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety shoes.
- Positive attitude & "can-do" mentality that is customer service oriented.
- Must be reliable, a team player, driven, demonstrates respect for safety, and an eye for quality.
