Locations: Atlanta, GA - Onsite

Skills:

4 years of work experience responsible for designing, deploying, and operating large-scale networks, experience configuring and troubleshooting routing/switching protocols, working knowledge of physical network infrastructure,e including fiber-optic cabling, proven experience supporting multiple projects

Network Engineer with 4 years of work experience in deploying and operating large-scale networks.

Experience with Optical transport networks, DWDM or CWDM

Project management experience

Must-Have Skills

Network Infrastructure Expertise: Proven in-depth knowledge of network infrastructure and routing protocols, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex, large-scale networks

Project Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated project leadership or support experience, with a strong ability to: Effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical teams

Drive project progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery

Process-Oriented Mindset: A process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, documentation best practices, and quality assurance, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and technologies into existing workflows.

Possible flexibility to respond to after-hours needs as required.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Coding Experience: A background in coding, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C , and knowledge of software development principles.

Automation Tools: Familiarity with automation tools and technologies, including scripting languages and automation frameworks.

Process Improvement: Knowledge of how to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and experience with developing and implementing scripts and workflows to drive efficiency
