Job Title : Shipping & Receiving Specialist
Location : San Jose, CA / Onsite
Duration : 4 months
Pay Rate Range : $33.19 - $35.18 / hr.

Job Responsibilities
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Shipping & Receiving / Distribution operation preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and written / verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), plus Zoom (coordination of virtual meetings); proficiency with Oracle or similar financial receiving program.
- Ability to use key software currently being used including UPS ShipExec and Bear River (Bear Tracks); as well as follow all mail / package handling and security practices.
- General knowledge of SOX compliance and DOT regulations, LTL / Truckload and International Tariffs, Schedule B tariff codes, and ECO terms.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for shipping of hazardous and non-hazardous materials both domestic and international.
- Physical requirements include ability to lift / carry at least 50 pounds.
- Valid Class A driver's license required to operate company owned vehicles as necessary.
