Job Title: Talent Partner
Location: San Jose, CA, Lehi, UT and Austin, TX. Hybrid role - 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Duration: 6 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $68.30/Hour
Duties:
- Your time will primarily be in these three areas of Candidate Generation 1. Candidate Identification and Qualification – 80 percent 2. Business Acumen and Market Research – 10 percent 3. Operational Excellence – 10 percent
- Work cross-functionally to gain depth of knowledge about the business while networking with experts in their field Identify, prospect and present a short-list of exceptional candidates to respective Talent Partners
- Will concurrently scout on 10 or more critical searches at one time at various phases of the recruiting cycle
- Make recommendations to Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers about competitive landscape supported with your respective research and market data
- Market and advertise critical roles on external sites, blogs, user groups and social networks
- Ensure a steady stream of talent regardless of if a critical vacancy is approved or not; all-the-time recruiting versus just-in-time
- Positioning client as an employer of choice compared to our competition
- Must be articulate and confident when presenting opportunities to passive candidates and defining client’s position in the market

- 0-3 or more years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting.
- Full-cycle experience preferred but not required
- Strong business acumen and current on market trends
- Current with social technologies and candidate sourcing best practices and techniques
- Proficient in MS Office and Acrobat
Salary : $68
