KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS :
Role and Responsibilities :
Manage : The Category Specialist will support the DTC business for DA products.
You will work with cross-functional teams on areas such as promo execution, merchandising, marketing, customer experience, financial approvals for promos, and merchandising.
Build :
Help build a best-in-class digital experience focused on an end-to-end shopping journey focused on the customer, brand, and product.
Build and execute GTM strategy working with stakeholders from product management, pricing ops, merchandising, and engineering.
Optimize :
Synthesize data into meaningful insights to
- Enable consistent and timely decisions to help grow the business.
- Optimize for conversion from product discovery throughout the journey ending with delivery.
- Identify areas of improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

3 years of experience in Business Management experience for Technology, Consumer Products, and / or Consumer ElectronicsExtensive experience implementing category strategy in direct-to-consumer e-commerce.Knowledge and passion for direct-to-consumer e-commerce business practices and operations. Digital UI / UX enhancements experience a plus.Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizations in a global setting.Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and deadlines on multiple initiatives with competing priorities, cutting through noise and focusing on the business impact.Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Experience with Tableau, Confluence, and Excel preferredCollege degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
