Summary:
The main function of a marketing manager is to lead the research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. Job Responsibilities:
Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services.
Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our Marketing Activations team. You will play a pivotal role in managing the technical requirements for our team, which is responsible for owning both data products and data solutions to support various internal marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements for data products and solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications, use cases, and functional requirements for data products and solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product management, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of technical requirements.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical requirements, from inception to implementation, including prioritization, scheduling, and tracking progress.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of data products and solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal marketing teams and other stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
4-7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical requirements. 5 years of experience with Masters.
Strong understanding of data management and analytics concepts.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors with 7 years of experience. Masters with 5 . MBA highly preferred.
