- Responsible for assisting Technical Support Analyst 1's with escalations and technical questions and provide technical coaching and training as things change in the environment
- Must have strong DHCP
- Spend their day on the covering phones, coordinating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting incoming city employee calls and emails just like a TSA1
- Provide support for technical / IT issues involving desktop and l aptop application software or network services from local personnel or from employees using remote network access
- Assist with local field tickets when possible
- CompTIA A certification required and / or higher certification such as MCP, MCSE, MCSA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
