Full-Time | On-Site in Lindon, UT
About Intelvio
Intelvio (PhlebotomyUSA.com) is a leader in healthcare education, operating 100 physical locations and offering online pharmacy tech and medical assistant certification programs across 20 states.
As we expand, organic search is a critical growth driver, and we’re seeking an SEO Manager to own and execute our strategy across multiple brands.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you will be actively implementing SEO strategies across local, technical, and content-focused SEO efforts. You won’t be managing a team—you’ll be the one driving execution.
Success will be measured by organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, lead generation impact, and local search visibility across Intelvio and our affiliated brands.
Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across Intelvio, Positive Psychology, Classward, and PCMA brands.
- Lead AI search optimization efforts, including Google SGE (Search Generative Experience) and ChatGPT-driven search visibility.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging search technologies.
- Personally implement SEO strategies for newly acquired companies, ensuring seamless optimization and traffic retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align SEO strategies with broader business objectives.
2. Technical & Local SEO Implementation
- Manage local SEO for 100 locations, optimizing Google Business Profiles, local citations, and location-based landing pages.
- Execute technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimization, crawlability, indexation, structured data (schema markup), and Core Web Vitals enhancements.
- Conduct keyword research and content optimization to improve rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Identify and implement link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Perform SEO site audits and fixes, working with developers when needed—but taking ownership of execution.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and analyze SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Develop SEO reports and insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
- Use A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization) techniques to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Conduct competitive analysis, identifying opportunities to outperform competitors in search results.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5 years managing SEO for multi-location businesses or high-growth companies.
- Hands-On SEO Execution: You thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to implement strategies directly.
- Technical SEO Expertise: Deep knowledge of site structure, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
- Local SEO Mastery: Proven experience managing Google Business Profiles, local citations, and multi-location SEO strategies.
- AI & Emerging Search Tech: Experience optimizing for Google SGE, ChatGPT search, and AI-driven search evolution.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple brands, priorities, and SEO initiatives without needing a large team.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Healthcare or education industry SEO experience
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) SEO expertise – integrating new brands into existing SEO strategies
- Educational content optimization – experience ranking for long-form, high-value educational content
- Experience with paid search (PPC) synergy – working with paid teams to align organic and paid search efforts
What We Offer
- Remote work flexibility with a high-impact role in a market-leading company
- Competitive compensation package including performance-based incentives
- Opportunities for growth across multiple brands in the healthcare education space
