Job Responsibilities
- Provide resident-focused care as a RN in post-acute facilities
- Develop individualized care plans with medical team coordination
- Review care options with clinicians, staff, residents, and family members
- Set up and use medical equipment as needed
- Administer medications and provide treatments according to care plan
- Measure and monitor resident vital signs and draw fluids as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of interventions, responses, and resident histories
- Train and supervise nursing professionals and support staff
- Support staff with incident investigations and reporting
- Follow and adhere to resident care plans
- Deliver care consistent with laws, policies, and standards
Requirements
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Effective communication skills across medical and nursing teams
Salary : $50 - $65
