TITLE: Operations Coordinator
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Reports directly to Production Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ensure that production lines are consistently following established quality guidelines to produce a product that meets fitness for use criteria.
Ensure that all phases of the process are closely monitored for quality issues.
Ensure that all quality issues are resolved quickly and effectively, to minimize negative impact on machine and material efficiency.
Ensure that all forms, documents and procedures are current and up to date.
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
PRODUCTIVITY
Ensure that production lines consistently follow established S.O.C.’s in accordance with operating policies.
This position requires frequent “On-Call” status.
Maintain records and data for analysis of cost, productivity, yield and scrap usage.
