TITLE: Customer Service Coordinator
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Our Customer Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating communication, offering detailed information about our products, and adeptly addressing any issues that may arise for our valued customer accounts. Exceptional CSC’s exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers, demonstrating qualities of patience, empathy, and effective communication skills. With confidence in their troubleshooting abilities, they are proactive in seeking solutions, even when faced with limited information to resolve customer concerns. The overarching objective is to uphold superior service standards, swiftly respond to customer inquiries, and consistently maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred.
Previous work in customer service role preferred.
Must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Must have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records designing forms and other office procedures and terminology.
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter customer orders.
Confer with customers by telephone or via email to provide information about products, pricing, availability, product uses, and delivery.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers’ needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Enter returns and complaints into RA log.
Liaison for customer orders between all departments.
