IntePros is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer III to join our premier client. In this role, you will develop the data strategy, reporting automation, insights, and planning capabilities for a global operations team. The ideal candidate has proficiency in employing business intelligence solutions, excellent analytical abilities, strong business operations fundamentals, and good judgment. This is a contract role with no potential for extension or conversion.

- Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, ongoing metrics, reports, APIs, dashboards, etc., to support business needs.
- Define the data elements and structure to enable analytical and reporting capabilities for the operations team.
- Apply deep analytic and business intelligence skills to extract meaningful insights and learning from large and complex data sets.
- Prepare management reporting and monitor performance by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing performance data and trends, identifying and resolving problems, and developing recommendations.
- Partner with operations, business teams, and technical teams to consult, develop, and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions, and data infrastructure improvements.
- Drive new initiatives and data integration projects.
- Own forecasting, prioritization analysis, and resource growth needs for internal delivery teams, involving data gathering, manipulation, synthesis, modeling, and communication of insights and recommendations.

- Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers and business leaders.
- Experience with financial forecasting and ad-hoc automation of reports.
- Ability to conduct analysis and engage in conversations around the analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan and execute the plan effectively.
