Business System Analyst

Business Systems Analyst - Must be local to Philadelphia, PA and willing to be onsite 3 days per week.

We are seeking a highly confident and dynamic Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is an outgoing professional with excellent communication skills who can engage effectively with all audience levels, including executives. This role requires adaptability, strong multitasking abilities, and expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate large elicitation sessions, ensuring clear and structured communication of business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Create detailed business and functional documentation, including process flows, use cases, and requirements specifications.
• Utilize Visio and other tools to create process models and workflow diagrams.
• Work seamlessly across Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies to ensure project success.
• Present insights and solutions to executive audiences with clarity and confidence.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading large-scale requirements-gathering sessions.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum frameworks in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and workflow visualization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
• Experience in creating business and system documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
