- 1-2 years of experience in banking or financial services .
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to process critical financial data accurately.
- Strong client service skills , both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment .
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting .
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency .
- Experience with fiduciary services is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial records management and reconciliation processes .
