Supply Chain Data Analyst II

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Data Analyst to develop and optimize data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and experience in business intelligence tools to support data modeling and visualization for supply chain metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize supply chain dashboards to track key metrics such as on-time delivery, delivery health, and in-stock performance.
• Create end-to-end dashboards utilizing Tableau and AWS Quicksight.
• Utilize advanced SQL skills to manipulate, analyze, and extract insights from large datasets.
• Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data insights.
• Apply project and program management expertise to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
• Support cost, lead time, and demand data modeling to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Leverage business intelligence tools to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

• Data Visualization & Dashboarding – Expertise in Tableau, AWS Quicksight, and other visualization tools.
• SQL Proficiency – Advanced SQL skills to query and manipulate large datasets effectively.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills for presenting insights and driving data-informed decisions.
• Experience with project and program management to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.

• Experience working with large-scale datasets in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to model supply chain costs, lead times, and demand trends.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
