Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software for MSA associates.
- Provide desktop support for Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 11, Windows 10) and Microsoft Applications.
- Support iOS devices, including iPads, iPhones, and Mac PCs.
- Troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN), Wireless Networks, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Intune.
- Provide mobile device support and assist with software deployment tools.
- Utilize Jira to track issues, analyze trends, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Identify and resolve customer service issues proactively.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for better customer support.
- Support key enterprise applications, including SAP, VPN, Two-Factor Authentication, and PC encryption.
