The ideal candidate will have experience in site acquisition, zoning regulations, vendor management, and infrastructure deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strand unit design and installation to ensure timely execution and compliance with project goals.
- Research and interpret zoning codes, permitting requirements, and jurisdictional regulations affecting site deployment.
- Review and approve zoning applications, site justifications, maps, structural analyses, and construction drawings.
- Assist in developing 5G and WiFi site deployment strategies, including market analysis, vendor selection, and workflow improvement.
- Support RFP development, supplier negotiations, and contract execution to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage site acquisition teams and external partners to ensure compliance with SLA timelines and deliverable requirements.
- Experience in telecom infrastructure, site development, or network deployment (5G, WiFi, fiber, or small cell networks).
- Strong knowledge of RF design, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to streamline workflows and optimize project scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and regulatory agencies.
