We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to support our procurement and supplier management efforts. This role involves soliciting and analyzing requests for proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating supplier integration plans to meet the needs of internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to apply sourcing methodologies, establish supplier relationship management processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories, sites, or special projects.
- Review project requirements to understand internal client needs, savings opportunities, and deliverables.
- Identify and develop new sources of supply while negotiating contracts within specified spending limits.
- Provide guidance to operations teams on standardized RFP, bid, and contract processes.
- Maintain contract files and ensure compliance with necessary documentation requirements.
- Monitor market dynamics, share marketplace trends and best practices, and help define acceptable service levels.
- Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to conduct buyer/market profiles and improve procurement systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply management.
- Strong time management and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in diverse computer applications and procurement systems.
- Purchasing Management Certification (e.g., ISM/CPM, CIPS) is a plus.
