Key Responsibilities:
Assignment Length: 6 months
Shift/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location: Hybrid — Remote with at least 2 days per week onsite in King of Prussia, PA
Pay range: $45-$50/hr. on W2
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories, sites, or special projects under general supervision.
- Solicit and analyze proposals, negotiate contracts, and align supplier integration plans with internal client requirements.
- Work closely with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, conduct market research, share trends, and define service levels.
- Maintain contract files, ensure compliance with documentation requirements, and standardize RFP/bid and contract processes.
- Monitor market dynamics, track changes that may impact internal needs, and drive ongoing process improvements for greater efficiency and service effectiveness.
- Establish and manage supplier relationships with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply management
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in diverse computer applications and systems
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Purchasing Management Certification (e.g., ISM/CPM, CIPS)
