To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior sales experience in the staffing industry, as well as prior experience in pharma/med device (Quality, Validation and Regulatory) industry, which is strongly preferred. You must also have outstanding communication skills, be a self-starter/highly motivated, and have strong problem-solving skills. A college degree is highly preferred, and determined and goal-oriented individuals who can drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner are ideal.
In addition, you will need to work cohesively with all IntePros Teammates, join and become involved in industry associations, and meet weekly KPI's. You will also need to provide strategic and tactical account development, grow existing accounts, manage, document and coordinate all communication with clients, and sell resumes of qualified candidates directly to hiring managers.
