Technical Program Manager III

IntePros is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our premier global client. This position reports to the Project Team Manager and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives to defend against DDoS attacks while driving advanced bot detection and mitigation efforts, overseeing end-to-end program execution while working cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-year strategy to combat bot and DDoS attacks.
• Implement a layered defense approach, coordinating efforts across various services for traffic tagging, classification, and prioritization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with industry partners to stay ahead of emerging threats and implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies such as ML, AI, and LLMs in security infrastructure.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5 years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5 years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline).
