Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute complex technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Drive high-urgency projects while balancing technical constraints with business objectives.
- Provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and optimize resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project updates and key findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
- Advocate for technical priorities, resource allocation, and resolution of architectural challenges.
- Technical Program Management Expertise – 3-8 years of experience managing cross-functional technical programs in large-scale environments.
- Deep Systems and Technical Services Knowledge – Ability to quickly grasp and provide value to engineering teams working on highly complex systems.
- Product-Led Growth and Marketing Tech Experience – Background in cross-channel marketing, including email, paid media, and dynamic messaging solutions.
- 3-8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Strong track record of working effectively across different groups within an organization.
- Proven success in delivering software products from conception to deployment.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to drive results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).
- Experience in marketing technologies, growth strategies, and cross-channel customer engagement.
- Familiarity with KPIs and SLAs for measuring program impact and efficiency.
- Previous experience working in large corporate environments at scale.
