Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking).
- Make Calls & Build Relationships – Conduct phone screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and develop strong talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with Hiring Teams – Understand client needs, job requirements, and market trends to match the right talent.
- Problem-Solve & Adapt – Navigate hiring challenges, think creatively, and provide solutions to secure top talent.
- Stay Organized & Driven – Manage multiple job openings, follow up with candidates, and maintain detailed records.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Prior professional experience is required (but recruiting experience is not required).
- Comfortable making phone calls and building relationships.
- A proactive, goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Think critically and creatively to overcome recruiting challenges.
- Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
