We are currently hiring a Project Accountant for our branch location in Katy, TX to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead customer invoicing processes, including progress draws, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Oversee vendor invoice entry and prepare cheques with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with the Credit & Collections Manager and Project Managers to ensure smooth customer collections
- Partner with the Sales & Estimating team to ensure project financial data is precise and up to date
- Prepare and finalize monthly bank reconciliations
- Support Project Managers with monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation
- Track, analyze, and report on project profitability, identifying cost-saving opportunities

What You’ll Bring:
- Post-secondary degree (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project accounting, preferably within the construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with construction accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) is considered an asset
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Valid state driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
