Job Accountabilities
- Prepare sale invoices in CXL/SAP and send out to customer for payment.
- Daily record debits and credit in SAP after reconciling with bank report.
- Hedging Recon and Hedge Doc daily.
- Daily Bank reconciliation in SAP.
- Daily Calculate Margin and enter margin payment in Citi, if required.
- On daily basis do Citi Trade File for hedge reconciliation.
- Maintain Daily Cash Management and ensure payments are received.
- Process monthly Surveyor invoices and process payment.
- Daily sales reconciliation.
- Monthly reconciliation of invoicing with CXL.
- Purchase office and kitchen supplies.
- Bachelor’s degree - Accounting preferred.
- Supply & Trading / Energy Industry background a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience preferred.
- Hands on experience of SAP ERP system & spreadsheets.
- Person, willing to take up more responsibility and self-starter would be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Self-motivated
- Quick learner, able to take on new and changing tasks
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Experience working in a team environment.
